Document Publishing Work Flow Control

This document defines the state and transition tables for the publishing work flow. See the WorkflowPlugin page for additional details. Each topic under work flow control must reference this topic. See the PublishDocControlReport for a list of topics currently under work flow control.

State Table

State Allow Edit Message
WRITE AuthorGroup Is being written or revised by the author.
TECHREVIEW ReviewerGroup Is under independent review for accuracy and completeness.
EDIT EditorGroup Is being edited for format, grammar, spelling, tags, and hyper links.
AUTHORREVIEW AuthorGroup Is undergoing final author review of tech and editor changes before release.
PUBLISH   This documented has been released.
