Simultaneous Data Access to Multiple Legal Entities and Ledger

Access to multiple legal entities and ledgers using a single responsibility has improved processing efficiency.

Note - A data access set is assigned to each of the responsibilities defined by the entity, allowing anyone using the responsibility access to the correct reporting currency account balances and journals.

Note - The Definition Access Set allows security (use, view, and modify) on Financial Statement Generator (FSG) reports or Mass Allocation definitions represented in the same ledger.

TIP: Any definitions not secured using definition access sets will be available to all users.
