Introduction

Release 12i has enhanced the Global Consolidation capabilities by streamlining the mapping functionality, enhancing security for definitions, and the creation of a new product, Financial Consolidation HUB (FinancialConsolidationHUB)

R12i Consolidation New Features

• Streamline Consolidation Mappings - Consolidation Mapping can now share Chart of Account mappings, when charts are the same and mapping rules are the same.
• Added security to view, modify, or execute Consolidation Definitions and Consolidation Sets.
• Financial Consolidation Hub - Enables users to consolidate from any system using spreadsheet-based loaders, or open interfaces. New management ledger data table has been designed to provide tighter integration with the Oracle Financial Applications.
